| We have finally found a great service facility. Honest and skilled are understatements. |

| RC's took care of one belt replacement and then found another that needed replacing. They got in touch with their providers and the other belt was there within 30 minutes. While working on the belts they determined that the there was a problem with the water pump and that the pump was still under warranty. They then set-up an appointment for the next day to take care of the water pump. Always straight forward and honest about needed services and then eveything is taken care of in a timely fashion. |

| I have brought in 2 cars with 2 totally separate issues and both potentially expensive fixes. Both cars were fixed quickly and the price was good both times. |

| Excellent as usual. It's said that you get what you pay for. As a customer of Robert's for several years now, I can attest to the fact that you will pay a little more. What you get in return; however, is "priceless". You can rest assured that you'll get an honest assessment of your vehicle's condition (by a Master Mechanic), either OEM parts or the best he can find, an explanation of exactly what was or wasn't performed, what you can expect to happen in the future, and either an explicit or implied warranty for his work. | Robert and his crew are exceptional. I totally trust them to make the right decisions on the work my car needs. They call you with an estimate before they do the work. I'm planning to get ten years of use out of my Taurus and, I know this will happen with the help of RC's Auto Repair. I promise you will be happy with the results of these mechanics! |
